    Description: Job Functions The Human Resource/Associate Office Manager position is a senior position responsible for the oversight of the Administrative, Human Resources and Information Technology arms of Company offices. The Human Resource/Associate Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the offices as a whole. Focus should be placed on working towards documenting all Standard Operating Procedures, streamlining tasks, and providing input, oversight and assistance where needed. The position is multi-tiered; therefore, the main components are addressed below. Qualifications The candidate must be confident, capable, ethical and decisive. The Human Resource/Associate Office Manager position is a position of trust where the employee will have access to confidential information related to Company and its employees.
